Underwater swim photography based in Cincinnati, Ohio
There is nothing quite like the unique feeling of underwater photography. It's otherworldly ability to transport us to another realm rarely seen requires physical and technical challenges to both the swimmer and the photographer to create high quality, lasting beautiful images. I loved working with Avery to create these images for her senior portfolio. Her strength and beauty as a swimmer allowed me to have a greater understanding of the art of her sport. |

An underwater swim session will capture the beauty and athletisim of your unique style underwater. A typical session is approximately 2 to 3 hours with the first hour as set up and testing. the sessions are long enough to make sure we get the shots and capture the spirit of your swim style. Because of each individual unique syle, it is always a partnership to capture the authentic personality of each athlete.
Pricing for Underwater work - begins at 1500.00 in your private home outdoor sunlit pool. Due to complexity, Scuba equipment, and custom housing for Cameras as well as assistants. Pools should have a white, tan, very light blue or black liner. ( medium Blue and brilliant royal blue lined pools cannot work due to reflection of color underwater. You will receive a minimum of 20 photographs (that are from the photographers selection) of the best photos fully retouched and delivered via dropbox with liberal print and usage license. (everything but resale and commercial use)Session above as an example of what a session may create.
pool must be private and only used by us. We do not use rec. center, country club, y, and school pools because of safety, debris, noise and other reasons. Any pool must be completely only be used by us and no other swimmers whatsoever at the time. In almost every circumstance a private home pool is better.
indoor pool pricing is separate depending on the pool.
